PPMS MFM/AFM
NanoMagnetics Instruments has introduced the new PPMS MFM/AFM at the APS 2009 March Meeting, Pittsburgh. PPMS MFM/AFM system offers many advantages to our users:
· Alignment-free design: The users do not need to perform any alignment procedure at all! The cantilevers can be changed in few minutes and then the experiment can be started and the microscope can be cooled down. This design of PPMS MFM/AFM enables everybody to perform the experiments in a wide temperature range.
· Better than 10 nm MFM resolution!!!
· Operation in high magnetic field up to 16 Tesla!
· Multimode operations: EFM, Spreading Resistance Microscopy, Piezoresponse Force Micrsocopy and all AFM modes including Non-Contact AFM.
