Multimode PPMS-SPM System

• The PPMS^®-SPM is a customized version of our LT-SPM/SHPM for the Quantum Design PPMS^® system. It supports SHPM, MFM, AFM & STM options. The system works seamlessly with the PPMS^® and is compatible with all the options except He3 and DR options. You can even run it in EverCool, when you switch the compressor off with the expense of  He loss during imaging.  

• An affordable all-in-one SPM solution for QD PPMS^® system with a temperature range of 2K-300K
• Multi-Mode: SHPM (Scanning Hall Probe Microscopy with spatial resolution up to 50 nm), Real time scanning with SHPM!!
• AFM (AKIYAMA PROBE, Quartz Tuning Fork  and conventional cantilever compatible, MFM, STM, EFM options.
• High sensitive Fiber interferometer system
• Quantum Design PPMS^® Compatible with 2K-300K Temperature Range
• Large scan area at 4.2 K : 18µm x 18µm
• Optional 6µm x 6µm and 1.5 µm x 1.5 µm scan areas.
