PPMS Compatible Scanning Probe / Atomic Force / Magnetic Force Microscopy
The PPMS®-SPM is a customized version of our LT-SPM/SHPM for the Quantum Design PPMS® system. It supports SHPM, MFM, AFM & STM options. The system works seamlessly with the PPMS® and is compatible with all the options except He3 and DR options. You can even run it in EverCool, when you switch the compressor off with the expense of He loss during imaging.
