THE APPCS: A POWERFUL, CRYOGEN-FREE PLATFORM
The core of the APPCS is a cryogen-free cryostat that provides a stable, low-vibration environment for high-sensitivity measurements.
Wide Temperature Range: Operates from <= 1.5K up to 400K.
Excellent Stability: Maintains temperature stability of +/- 2 mK (below 10K).
High Magnetic Fields: Available with a range of solenoid magnets (5T, 7T, 9T, 12T, 14T) or vector magnets (up to 9-2-2 Tesla and 12-3 T).
Spacious Sample Area: Features a 50 mm diameter variable temperature insert (VTI).
Low Noise (Optional): An optional vibration isolation system achieves 0.5 Ã… noise levels.

Vibrating Sample Magnetometry (VSM)
High Sensitivity: 5E-7 emu RMS sensitivity.
Accuracy: <1%.
Sample Size: Accommodates 5 mm or 12 mm diameter samples.
Advanced Analysis Software: The Windows-based software automatically calculates key parameters like Coercive Field (Hc), Saturation Magnetization (Ms), and Remanent Magnetization (Mr). It also supports advanced measurements like Minor loops, FORC, Delta M-Henkel plots, and Rotational Hysteresis.
Electrical Transport (AC/DC) & Hall Effect This option provides comprehensive tools for AC and DC resistance measurements.
DC Resistance / Hall Effect:
Current Range: 150pA to 1A.
Voltage Range: 100mV (100nV resolution) to 100V (10µV resolution).
Resistance Range: 5µΩ to 10GΩ.
AC Resistance / Hall Effect:
Current Range: 2nA to 100mA.
Frequency Range: 1Hz to 1kHz.
Low Noise: 1nV/Hz noise floor at 1kHz (with low noise voltage preamplifier).
AC Susceptibility (ACMS)
Sample Size: Max 5 mm diameter.
Frequency Range: 10Hz to 10kHz.
AC Field Amplitude: 2mOe to 15Oe.
Sensitivity: 2 E-7 emu (at 10kHz).
Low Temperature Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) Add powerful nanoscale imaging to your system.
Modes: Includes MFM and AFM capabilities.
Temperature Range: 1.5K to 400K.
Low Noise: 1fm/VHz noise level.
Integration: Can be integrated with an optical microscope.
Low Temperature Scanning NV Centre Microscope This option provides cutting-edge magnetic field imaging.
Temperature Range: 10mK to 300K.
Scan Area: 30µm x 30µm x 15µm @ 4K.
Key Features: Includes a High NA Objective (0.82NA), APD for single photon detection, 532nm SLM 10mW Laser, and an integrated RF antenna for ODMR.
